These terms govern your use of Sanctum, an iOS application published by Clovinyx LLC. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them.

The service

Sanctum is a self-commitment focus tool. You choose a duration or schedule, and the app blocks the apps you select for that period using Apple's Screen Time framework. Once a session is running, it is intentionally difficult to end early — that friction is the point of the product, not a defect.

Not a safety device

Sanctum is designed to reduce distraction, not to prevent access in an emergency. Phone calls, the camera, and any apps you do not block continue to work during a session. Do not rely on Sanctum as a safety-critical control.

Subscriptions and purchases

• The core app is free, including the Midnight theme and manual sessions.
• Pro is available as an auto-renewing subscription (weekly, monthly, or yearly) or a one-time lifetime purchase, sold through the Apple App Store.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel any subscription in your App Store account settings.
• Payments, refunds, and billing are handled by Apple under its standard terms.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Sanctum only for lawful, personal purposes and not to reverse-engineer, resell, or interfere with the app or its services.

Disclaimer

Sanctum is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clovinyx LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
